Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and pre-payment policies vary depending on the accommodation type and rate selected. Please review the specific booking conditions and cancellation policy applicable to your selected accommodation and rate before completing your reservation.
Children and Extra Mattress Policy
Extra mattresses depend on the room type selected (Rock Twin Share excluded).
- For rooms accommodating 2 persons, a maximum of 1 mattress is allowed.
- For rooms accommodating 4 persons, a maximum of 2 mattresses are allowed.
- For rooms accommodating 6 persons, a maximum of 3 mattresses are allowed.
Children are welcome
- Infant (0-3 years): Stay free with existing bedding; no breakfast included.
- Children (4–11 years): Children aged 4 to 11 are charged at the applicable children’s rate, with breakfast included based on the selected rate/package. An extra mattress is available at an additional charge, subject to availability, and includes breakfast.
- Guests aged 12 years and above: Guests aged 12 and above are considered adults and are charged at the applicable adult rate. An extra mattress is available at an additional charge, subject to availability, and includes breakfast.
