  • Check-in/Check-out: Check-in from 03:00 PM, Check-out by 12:00 NOON.
  • WiFi: Available at specified locations; intermittent connectivity may occur due to the area’s nature.
  • Reception Hours: 24-hour reception (Kinabalu Park), 7 AM to 10 PM (Poring Hot Springs), 8 AM to 10 PM (Manukan Island).
  • Sabah Parks Entrance Fee: Applicable to all guests; rates vary for Malaysian and non-Malaysian guests.
  • Cooking and BBQ: Cooking not allowed in accommodations; BBQ equipment not provided.
